Reseller Agreements and Authorizations
Some manufacturers require reseller agreements for customers that wish to sell their products. Please see below for a list of our agreements and authorizations.

Olympus Authorization Agreement
To become an Authorized Olympus Reseller, please follow the instructions below:
- Go to http://reseller.olympusamerica.com
- Click on the ”Start Here” link in the box on the left side of the page.
- In the Select Agreement Type box, choose the "Indirect Dealer (purchases through December) button and then type the code OIDB4 in the Enter Your Passcode box.
- Read the Terms of Use and then check the box stating that you have reviewed and agree to the terms. Then press Continue.
- Follow the remaining steps as outlined in the Olympus Dealer Registration Process Overview to submit your registration/application. (Please note that the signatory for the e-signature electronic execution of any Olympus Agreement must be authorized and have the authority to enter into the Agreement with an e-signature on behalf of the Company.)
- Within 5 business days you will receive an e-mail confirming your application's acceptance or rejection and execution of the new agreements.
