EDMOND, Okla. — Petra Industries, the consumer technology authority and wholesale electronics distributor, is excited to bring IQAir products to their partners.
IQAir wants to bring better air quality to everyone in their homes and businesses, and they’ve been working towards that since their founding in 1963 by Manfred and Klaus Hammes. The brothers introduced the first residential air filter, which was originally designed to remove home coal oven pollutants from the air.
Since that time, generations of the Hammes family have worked on ever more comprehensive air filtration technologies. IQAir products have been sought after in many situations where other products might not do the job. They were the air purifier of choice during the SARS crisis of 2003 for the Hong Kong Hospital Authority. They’ve also partnered with Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, the American Lung Association, the US Olympic Committee, and more.
“IQAir has continually been at the forefront of indoor air purification and we are excited to partner with a company that’s had such consistently high quality,” said Tate Morgan, Petra President. “These products will help us bring the best possible air filtration and air quality to our partners, and in turn help their customers have a better quality of life.”
