EDMOND, Okla. — Petra Industries, the consumer technology authority and wholesale electronics distributor, is teaming up with Silicon Valley-based Lockly to revolutionize the way individuals secure their homes, offices and personal items. Lockly’s patented PIN Genie technology takes home security to the next level. Unlike static keypads where the number placement is always the same, Lockly’s PIN Genie randomly shuffles the numeric digits on the touchscreen after each input, making it nearly impossible for an intruder to guess the entry code.
Lockly Secure smart locks easily install in about 15 minutes, fit exterior and interior doors and are designed to work with most deadbolts and latches. Lockly offers three versions of smart locks including Secure, Secure Plus and Secure Pro. Secure Plus models include a 3-D fingerprint sensor so you can access your home or office by just using your finger.
Lockly Secure Pro, a 2019 CES Innovations Awards Honoree recipient in the Smart Home category, has all of the best-in-class features of Secure Plus while also adding voice control compatibility with Alexa and Google Assistant. Also announced at CES is Lockly’s Secure Link which enables Lockly Secure and Secure Plus to also have voice-control with Alexa and Google. Lockly products also have the unique ability to provide Office Access Codes (OACs) to users which can be used remotely even if there is no access to internet or cell phone signal.
“Smart home technology is becoming more advanced, more practical and easier to use than ever,” said Tate Morgan, Petra President. “Petra is always looking for tech that will stand out in the marketplace and is very pleased to partner with Lockly. Their locks are a strong addition to our ever-growing SmartestHome collection, and will appeal to dealers and custom installers who specialize in smart home technology, as well as end users looking for next-level entry security.”
