This Herb Mill from gia’sKITCHEN efficiently cuts fresh leafy herbs like parsley, cilantro, sage, and mint. The dual-action blades cut herbs without bruising or blemishing. The integrated stripper with 3 graduated sizes gently removes leaves of stemmed herbs. See your tool at work while you twist with the clear body! The herb mill lets you see how fast the herbs are being minced and de-stemmed so you can add more when needed. To start, strip the herbs by removing the center body from the mill. Insert the herb stem into the hole and pull through to remove leaves. Throw the stem into the garbage or compost pile and take the remaining herbs into the cavity of the mill. Insert the top and then twist the top in a back-and-forth motion. This tool is made with BPA-free plastic and ultra-sharp stainless-steel blades built into the bottom. This is top-rack dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to keep the blade from becoming dull; it's easy to take apart, rinse clean, and then reassemble.
