This Pineapple Corer and Slicer from gia’sKitchen will help you cut up a whole pineapple from its rough shell without the pesky skin stuck onto the fruit. It slices pineapple meat into shaped rings, and the empty shell can be used as an instant fruit salad container for parties and buffets. The corer slicer uses stainless steel and has a BPA-free plastic handle. To use the tool, cut off the top of the pineapple and align the cutting teeth at the bottom of the slicer with the core of the pineapple. Twist the handle while applying a light pressure. Once you reach the bottom of the pineapple, pull the slicer out with the pineapple rings around the stainless-steel corer. Remove the handle and slide the rings off. Then cut pineapple to suit whatever dish you are creating!
