The biometric fingerprint lock sets up with the GeekSmart app. Not only does the lock has a fingerprint reader but also a mechanical keyhole for peace of mind, so you have a backup. A thin luminous strip on the Matte Black aluminum alloy lock lights up at night, adding a futuristic touch and making it easy to locate in the dark. 4 AAA batteries (no rechargeable ones, please!) go inside the long handle while the USB-C port can be used to temporarily power the lock with your own power bank if the batteries run down. The keyless smart lock will remember up to 20 fingerprints and will quickly unlock in about 0.25 seconds. It fits most standard US interior and exterior doors.
